Job summary

Jumeirah Capri Palace is seeking an Assistant Manager Reservations for the summer season 2027 to lead and develop the Reservations team in Capri. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service while aligning with KPI objectives, revenue opportunities, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of internal and external service, quality, and commercial performance aligned with Reservations KPI objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Hotel Operations teams to maximize revenue opportunities and minimize operational inefficiencies.
• Supervise and ensure completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks related to reservations, audits, revenue, compliance, finance, visas, and group bookings.
• Identify and elevate risks related to revenue, finance, and guest experience to senior management for proactive resolution.
• Monitor and resolve guest complaints promptly by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
• Keep the department updated with property information, service offerings, new rates, and selling strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Motivate the reservations team to achieve high service levels and operational excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Conduct training for new colleagues and oversee the completion of all business training requirements, ensuring personal development plans are in place for all team members.
• Regularly assess team performance, provide coaching and feedback, conduct performance reviews, and ensure adherence to KPIs and standards.
