Job summary

Jumeirah Capri Palace in Anacapri (Capri) seeks a Reservations Agent for the Summer Season 2027. You will assist guests, manage reservations and guide travelers to local attractions.

Expected to upsell services, handle changes, and ensure bookings meet the highest standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Assisting and advising customers with knowledge of available options.
• Making reservations based on customer requirements and preferences.
• Helping plan travel itineraries by suggesting local attractions.
• Processing payments and sending confirmation details.
• Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
• Upselling additional services or packages when appropriate.
• Providing support to amend or cancel a reservation.

Job description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Reservations Agent to join the summer season 2027 of Jumeirah Capri Palace.

The main duties and responsibilities are:

• Assisting and advising customers displaying excellent knowledge of the variety of options provided.
• Making reservations for customers based on their requirements and preferences.
• Helping plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest.
• Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
• Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
• Selling and promoting reservation services.
• Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process according to Jumeirah standards.
• Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages.
• Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
