CALIBRE is seeking a Liaison and Reporting Analyst (LNO) to support the Army Transition Assistance Program (TAP) at an installation in Vicenza, Italy. The role coordinates stakeholder engagement, tracks performance, and maintains accurate program data to enable informed decisions by installation leadership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, analyze, and report TAP performance data.
• Prepare command-level reports, dashboards, and briefings for leadership.
• Monitor participation and compliance across workshops and events.
• Maintain accurate information in systems and trackers.
• Coordinate with CIM, TAP managers, and partner organizations.
• Support planning and execution of hiring events and outreach campaigns.
• Conduct post-event analysis and provide improvement recommendations.
• Assist with participant assessments, attendance tracking, and records management.
• Support logistics for TAP events and services.
