CALIBRE Systems, Inc. seeks a Financial Counselor to support the Army Transition Assistance Program (TAP) in Vicenza, Italy.

The role delivers professional financial counseling to transitioning service members and eligible clients, helping them understand their financial condition and develop long-term plans. You will provide individual counseling and group instruction on budgeting, debt management, credit, taxes, insurance, retirement planning, and benefits, coordinating with installation staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Current nationally recognized financial counseling/certification required.
• Minimum 3 years providing financial counseling or advising individuals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual financial counseling using DoD curriculum.
• Provide group instruction on budgeting, debt, taxes, and benefits.
• Coordinate with Transition Counselors, installation staff, and partners.
