CALIBRE is seeking a Contract Installation Manager to oversee Army Transition Assistance Program (TAP) operations at an installation. You will lead daily TAP Center functions, supervise staff, and coordinate with Government personnel and community stakeholders to ensure high-quality transition services.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and program management skills to maintain uninterrupted transition services for Soldiers transitioning to civilian life.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating schedules, personnel, and customer-facing operations.
• Experience managing transition or workforce development programs desired.

Mansioni

• Manage daily TAP Center operations, including staffing, scheduling, facilities, and service delivery.
• Serve as primary contractor point of contact for Government personnel and stakeholders.
• Coordinate workshops, counseling, and transition support services.
• Ensure services meet curriculum, Army policies, performance standards, and class-size requirements.
• Supervise counselors and liaison staff, including workloads and training compliance.
• Monitor attendance, appointments, and site reporting; provide weekly updates to leadership.
