INVENTVM Semiconductor in Lombardy, Italy, is seeking an Analog Mixed-Signal Verification Engineer to join the design team. You will verify AMS ICs by building robust verification environments and testbenches, collaborating with analog and digital designers.

The role emphasizes practical verification of AMS blocks using Verilog-A/Verilog-AMS, SystemVerilog RNM, and scripting for automation. Strong debugging, communication, and cross-functional teamwork are essential for first-pass silicon

Competenze

• Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Strong fundamentals in analog and mixed-signal circuits.
• Experience with AMS simulation and verification tools.
• Proficient in scripting (Python, Tcl, Perl or Shell).
• Excellent debugging and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute verification plans for analog and mixed-signal IPs and SoCs.
• Create and maintain AMS verification environments and testbenches.
• Model analog blocks using Verilog-A/Verilog-AMS and RNM.
• Design stimuli, checkers, assertions, and coverage metrics.
• Run functional, corner, Monte Carlo, and regression simulations.
• Collaborate with design teams to debug and resolve issues.
• Support silicon bring-up and correlate simulation with measurements.
• Contribute to verification methodology improvements and automation.
