STMicroelectronics in Lombardia, Cornaredo, Italy, is seeking an AMS Verification engineer to contribute to the functional verification of advanced mixed-signal ASICs such as PMICs, wireless charging, battery charging, and display drivers.

You will work with analog, digital, and system‑level designers to develop and validate behavioral models and SystemVerilog real-number models used in AMS/DMS verification flows.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering.
• Strong programming skills and analytical mindset.
• Experience with SystemVerilog real-number modeling is highly valued.
• Knowledge of mixed-signal verification platforms is a plus.

Mansioni

• Preparing and configuring mixed-signal simulation environments based on technical documentation.
• Executing simulations and analyzing results with rigor.
• Validating outcomes with analog and digital design teams.
• Producing clear, structured technical documentation of results and conclusions.
