Zenon Aviation is seeking a Finance Manager to join the team on a full-time, onsite basis in the Mediterranean region. The role focuses on pricing, revenue management, budgeting and commercial performance across airline operations for a well-established operator providing air charter and management services.

The Successful Candidate will manage fare structures, inventory, dynamic pricing, and performance reporting, working with the Finance department to deliver accurate forecasts and margin

Competenze

• Experience in airline pricing or revenue management preferred.
• Experience with Sabre or other RM platforms.
• Strong understanding of airline distribution channels (GDS/OTAs).
• Strong Excel and numerical skills.
• Excellent commercial judgement.
• Forecasting and reporting experience.

Mansioni

• Manage fare structures across commercial systems, including fare loading and updates.
• Manage flight inventory, pricing and availability using Sabre RMS to optimise revenue.
• Apply dynamic pricing by analysing booking trends, demand patterns and market conditions.
• Produce daily sales flash reports with the client Finance department.
• Prepare weekly commercial performance reports: sales, forecasts and booking trends.
• Maintain accurate passenger, revenue and yield forecasts for planning and reporting.
• Identify commercial actions to improve performance (marketing, campaigns, distribution).
• Provide competitive group fare quotations for Sales team.
• Manage corporate and contracted fare programmes: pricing, eligibility, implementation and performance.
• Monitor government taxes, airport charges, fuel costs and reflect in pricing to protect margins.
• Contribute commercial insight to network reviews, route evaluations and budgeting.
• Take ownership of revenue, yield and performance targets.
