CRIF Roma, Lazio, IT cerca un AI Governance IT Project Manager per coordinare programmi di governance IA, workstreams e attività di implementazione in contesti enterprise.

Il candidato ideale ha esperienza in IT Project/Program Management e gestione di iniziative di AI governance in ambienti aziendali, lavorando con Architettura, Platform Engineering, ITS e funzioni di controllo. RL e report esecutivi inclusi.

Competenze

• 7+ anni di esperienza in IT Project/Program Management o ruoli affini.
• Esperienza diretta nella gestione di progetti di AI e governance Generative AI in ambienti enterprise.
• Gestione di iniziative tecnologiche complesse in contesti aziendali.
• Coordinamento di Architects, Engineering, Cloud, Platform, Cybersecurity, business e funzioni di controllo.
• Conoscenza di enterprise architecture, ambienti Cloud e delivery software moderno.
• Conoscenza di governance IA, Responsible AI e lifecycle concepts.
• Conoscenza di normative IA (EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF).
• Ottime capacità di stakeholder management e comunicazione esecutiva.
• Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese.

AI Governance IT Project Manager (ITPM)We are looking for an experienced AI Governance IT Project Manager to coordinate enterprise AI Governance programs, workstreams and implementation activities.The ideal candidate combines strong IT Project/Program Management experience with proven direct experience managing AI and Generative AI governance initiatives in enterprise environments.The role works across Corporate Architects, Platform Engineering, ITS, the GenAI Factory, business stakeholders and corporate control functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate AI Governance programs, workstreams and implementation activities.
• Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, actions and deliverables across governance initiatives.
• Coordinate activities involving architecture, Platform Engineering, ITS, the GenAI Factory, Security, business and control functions where required by AI Governance processes.
• Support the execution of AI governance assessments, lifecycle controls, technology evaluations and regulatory requirements.
• Track governance decisions, approvals, exceptions, evidence and follow-up actions.
• Prepare executive reporting, governance steering materials and decision tracking.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and escalation across AI Governance stakeholders.

Required SkillsEssential Knowledge and Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Program Management, Technology Transformation or equivalent roles.
• Direct professional experience managing AI and Generative AI governance projects, programs or significant enterprise workstreams.
• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional technology initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Experience coordinating Architects, Engineering, Cloud, Platform, Cybersecurity, business and control functions.
• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud environments and modern software delivery.
• Practical understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, foundation models and enterprise AI platforms.
• Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps and Platform Engineering concepts.
• Experience coordinating governance, risk, security, compliance or regulatory activities within technology programs.
• Knowledge of AI Governance, Responsible AI and AI lifecycle concepts.
• Familiarity with AI-related regulations and standards such as EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and executive communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise AI Governance platforms or AI governance operating models.
• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
• Experience coordinating international or worldwide programs.
• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe or equivalent certification.

The Annual Salary for this position starts from €42.000 gross per year.

The level of classification will be determined during the selection process based on the candidate’s profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tertiary, Distribution and Services sector.

The final compensation package, including any variable components (such as MBO) or additional benefits, will depend on the assessment of the candidate’s profile against the role requirements.
