Coesia invites fresh graduates in STEM to join the Young Professional Program (YPP), a two-year learning path designed to launch your career in AI within a global industrial company. You will contribute to prototypes, proofs of concept and MVPs, applying AI to industrial engineering solutions and gaining mentorship from industry leaders.

The program offers real-world projects, dedicated training, and a supportive environment with flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or other STEM disciplines.
• Up to 18 months of professional experience, including internships, thesis projects, research activities, academic projects.
• Good knowledge of Python and software development principles.
• Curiosity towards Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to cutting-edge AI research and applied innovation.
• Support the development of prototypes, proofs of concept and minimum viable products.
• Bring Artificial Intelligence into industrial engineering solutions.
