Coesia in Bologna invites graduates to join the Coesia Graduates Program, a two-year international program creating hands-on experience in AI-enabled software and cloud-based solutions. You will design, develop and test AI-powered applications, collaborating with senior engineers to deliver scalable digital products.

This program targets recent graduates up to 18 months of relevant experience, offering structured training, mentorship and the potential for long-term employment within Coesia's

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, AI or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Python, TypeScript, Node.js and modern web technologies.
• Experience with APIs and microservices.
• Familiarity with Git and version control.
• Interest in AI and modern software architectures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Contribute to the design and development of software applications and services.
