Job summary

Coesia is seeking graduates to join the Coesia Graduates Program, an international two-year program in software development and AI. You will design, develop and test AI-enabled applications, work with APIs, cloud platforms and modern architectures, and gain hands-on experience.

After completion, long-term opportunities at Coesia are possible, with the program targeting graduates and early-career professionals with up to 18 months of experience.

About the Role

In this versatile engineering role, you will work on innovative software solutions that leverage Artificial Intelligence technologies.

Main responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of software applications and services

What You Need to Be Successful

Key Skills

• Master's Degree (or final year student) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
• Good knowledge of Python, TypeScript, Node.js and modern web technologies
• Understanding of software development principles and object-oriented programming
• Familiarity with APIs and microservice architectures
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence and modern software architectures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Continuous learning mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic projects involving AI, Machine Learning or Generative AI
• Exposure to LLMs, AI assistants or agent-based applications
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)
• Understanding of RAG, vector databases or AI application frameworks is considered a plus

Compensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 33000, in line with experience. The actual offer may exceed this minimum based on the candidate's qualifications and fit for the role.

The applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico.
