Coesia invites fresh graduates in STEM to join the Young Professional Program (YPP), a two-year learning path designed to launch your career in AI within a global industrial company. You will contribute to prototypes, proofs of concept and MVPs, applying AI to industrial engineering solutions and gaining mentorship from industry leaders.

The program offers real-world projects, dedicated training, and a supportive environment with flexible work arrangements.

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or other STEM disciplines.
• Up to 18 months of professional experience, including internships, thesis projects, research activities, academic projects.
• Good knowledge of Python and software development principles.
• Curiosity towards Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

What You Need to Be Successful

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or other STEM disciplines
• Up to 18 months of professional experience, including internships, thesis projects, research activities, academic projects
• Good knowledge of Python and software development principles
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts
• Curiosity towards Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, Git, CI/CD, APIs or containers (e.g. Docker) is a plus
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Innate aptitude for teamwork
• Excellent communication skills

Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from EUR 33,000 to EUR 37,000.

A range of additional benefits (e.g., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy.

The applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico.
