Job summary

Livia is building the operating system for residential living and seeks an AI Engineer to design the foundations the rest of the stack rests on. You’ll work on the context layer, AI automation, and the tools used by administrators and residents across Milan and beyond.

You will own end-to-end features from problem framing to production, with a strong bias toward reliability and impact in a fast-moving, founding-stage environment.

Qualifications

• Solid full-stack experience with TypeScript and React.
• Hands-on AI engineering with LLMs, retrieval and tooling.
• Ability to model data for complex contexts and scale AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Design the context layer and data models for Italian buildings.
• Build AI automation pipelines to classify invoices and manage workflows.
• Develop internal platform tools used by administrators and operations.
• Create a residents’ portal experience with real-time visibility.
