indigo.ai in Italy (fully remote) is seeking an AI Product Engineer to join the Product team. You will own AI features end-to-end, designing agentic workflows, RAG architectures, evaluation pipelines, and clean integration into our platform.

In this role you will work with Elixir-based backend systems, deploy LLMs, and ensure reliability, latency control, and safety. Fluent Italian and English (B2+) are required; Milan office is available for collaboration.

Competenze

• Experience building agentic systems (tool/calling, multi-agent orchestration) and RAG approaches.
• Hands-on experience deploying LLM systems with production traffic.
• Strong backend fundamentals; daily practice with AI-assisted workflows.

• End-to-End Feature Delivery: design, prototype, and ship AI features into the product from concept to prod.
• Agentic Pipelines & Workflows: build multi-step workflows and tool-calling frameworks.
• RAG & Knowledge Architectures: design and optimize retrieval-augmented generation over enterprise docs.
