Livia is building an operating system for residential living in Milan, pairing human administrators with AI-powered software. The Founder Associate role offers direct work with the founders on diverse strategic topics, with scope to lead initiatives and own outcomes.

You’ll help source and integrate administration firms, design scalable workflows, and shape the product, data, and AI layers. Fluency in Italian is required and the work is on-site in Milan.
