Artemest is seeking an AI Lead to develop production-ready AI tools, train teams, and collaborate on foundational product features. This hands-on position requires a technical mindset to optimize workflows across various teams in Milan/Bologna. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience with LLMs and a deep understanding of the AI stack.

Competenze

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI systems in production.
• Deep familiarity with current AI stack including frontier APIs and vector databases.
• Ability to design and run evaluations for AI features.

• Build internal tools that allow non-technical teammates to move faster.
• Support teams in building insightful dashboards to monitor progress.

Conoscenze

Experience with LLMs and GenAI systems
