Arsenalia is seeking a skilled Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our AI & Data Automation team in Treviso. You’ll work on cutting-edge enterprise solutions, collaborating with international teams to optimize business processes and drive digital transformation.

You’ll apply AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering, integrate APIs, and build rapid prototypes using Azure or AWS. English proficiency required; some travel may be needed. Competitive salary 28,000–42,000 EUR per year, CNEL code C011.

As part of our AI & Data Automation domain, you’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple industries, collaborating with international teams and growing your expertise in enterprise solutions.

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Experience in software development with any modern language or framework.
• Ability to work with APIs and integrate external services into applications.
• Curiosity, experimentation mindset, and interest in AI-assisted development.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar).
• Problem-solving attitude with a focus on building and iterating quickly.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in team environments.
• Proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
• Availability for short- and medium-term business travel.

The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €28,000 to €42,000. It may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills and experience beyond the required level. The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011).

What we would consider a plus

• Experience with AI tools, frameworks, or platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, etc.).
• Practical experience with prompt design, evaluation, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools and rapid prototyping approaches
• Background in Microsoft ecosystem (c#, python, Azure, Copilot 365, Copilot Studio).
• Experience working on experimental projects or MVP development.
• Availability for occasional short- and medium-term business travel.
