Connected-Stories is modernizing the marketing content workflow. Our multi-agent AI platform automates the work between a marketing idea and its delivery, across teams, markets and channels. Tier-1 enterprises run it as a core part of their operations.

We're built on Google Cloud and have a co-selling program with them globally. Your first goal is to keep our customers happy by delivering first-class quality of service.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform at production scale.
• Experience automating operations using AI/LLM tooling.
• Ability to turn manual operational steps into autonomous agents and workflows.

Aufgaben

• Own the reliability and quality of service of our GCP production environment.
• Build AI-native observability: agents and tooling to surface, diagnose and resolve issues before customers notice them.
• Design and build AI-driven automation for recurring Ops work: deploys, access provisioning, incident response.
• Turn manual operational steps into agents and workflows that run themselves.
• Report to our senior CIO, taking on strategy, vendor, and budget ownership as you grow.
• Solid hands-on GCP experience at production scale (IAM, Cloud Run/GKE, networking).
• Real experience automating operational work with AI/LLM tooling (not just using AI tools).
• Fast ramp-up on Claude Code or similar agentic dev tooling.
