Job summary

CoreView is seeking an AI Operations Engineer to design, build, and maintain AI-powered agents and automated workflows across Support, Finance, HR, and Product. You’ll work at the intersection of business processes, automation, and AI to translate bottlenecks into autonomous or semi-autonomous agents that handle repetitive tasks.

You’ll evaluate platforms, integrate with enterprise tools, manage context engineering, and ensure security and governance across all workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automation engineering or similar operational-technical role.
• Strong understanding of LLMs and context engineering for production outputs.
• Experience with APIs, MCP, and agent architectures.
• Ability to map business processes and design appropriate human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and iterate on internal AI agents and solutions using enterprise-grade platforms.
• Integrate agents with CRM, ERP, data warehouses and other systems via APIs and connectors.
• Define agent behaviors, guardrails, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Analyze data sources to extract insights for feeding and optimizing agents.
