Job summary

CoreView is seeking an AI Operations Engineer to design, build, and maintain AI-powered agents and automated workflows across the organization. You will work at the intersection of business processes, automation, and AI to translate bottlenecks into reliable autonomous agents that handle repetitive, data-intensive work.

You will evaluate and own the agent platform, ensure data security, and collaborate with Support, Finance, HR, Marketing, Product, and Sales to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Proved experience in automation engineering or a similar operational-technical role.
• Strong understanding of LLMs and context engineering.
• Experience with APIs, MCP, and agent architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and iterate on internal AI agents and workflows.
• Integrate agents across departments including Support, Finance, HR, and Sales.
• Define guardrails, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Analyze internal data sources to extract insights for agents.
• Evaluate and own the enterprise agent platform and security.
