Adtucon, a cutting-edge media tech company, is seeking a Platform Operations Specialist to oversee the end-to-end advertising execution workflow across Meta, Google, TikTok and more. You will diagnose delivery issues, partner with Product for tooling, and coordinate with Customer Success to manage incidents.

• Lead operational oversight of the ad execution workflow across major platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Outbrain, Taboola, Microsoft).
• Troubleshoot delivery issues, diagnose root causes, and minimize client performance disruption.
• Investigate platform changes and emerging issues to stay ahead of breakdowns.
• Collaborate with Product to shape tooling, automation, and scalable workflows.
• Coordinate with Customer Success to triage incidents and communicate timelines clearly.
• Manage offshore teams to ensure consistent quality across time zones.
