Job summary

Allianz Technology is seeking an IT Claims Transformation Manager to oversee the current IT Claims platform and drive the Italian transformation path within the global program. You will govern AI-driven development, ensure service delivery quality, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to realize benefits.

The role requires 10+ years in IT operations, strong governance capabilities, and fluency in Italian and English. This is a hybrid, permanent position with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in IT service/operations management.
• Experience in leading transformation programs and governance across stakeholders.
• Certifications such as PMP or SAFe are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and steer the transformation roadmap with scope, budget, and milestones.
• Manage end-to-end service management and drive SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs.
• Coordinate with global and local teams within the transformation program.
• Engage with business to define new tech solutions and align with strategy.
• Govern GenAI/Agentic AI adoption across the development lifecycle.
• Lead teams in AI-driven development practices and use-case rollout.
• Monitor platform health, incident and problem management, and risk escalation.
