Generali is seeking a Security Governance Specialist with AI exposure to strengthen governance, risk management, and security posture. You will oversee KPI reporting, risk assessments, audits, and third-party security management, aligning with ISO, DORA, and NIS2 while advancing AI-enabled governance across the organization.

The role requires 2–5 years in security governance fields, knowledge of ISO standards, and strong stakeholder management, with smart working and international collaboration

Competenze

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Management Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in Security Governance, IT Risk Management or Cybersecurity.
• Experience or interest in AI applied to security, risk or governance.
• Knowledge of ISO27001, ISO27035, ISAE3402, DORA, NIS2.

Mansioni

• Manage security governance activities including KPI reporting and risk assessments.
• Oversee third-party security management end-to-end.
• Define and support evolution of security standards, policies and control frameworks.
• Monitor certifications (ISO27001, ISO27035, ISAE3402) and ensure compliance.
• Support budgeting, financial tracking, and governance of the Security program portfolio.
• Leverage AI to enhance governance processes including reporting and risk analysis.
• Assess AI-related risks and governance practices.
• Track emerging technologies and integrate AI into security workflows.
• Support alignment with cybersecurity operations and threat tracking.
• Promote security awareness and continuous improvement.
