Job summary

Prysmian in Milan is seeking an AI Business Transformation & Project Lead to connect business needs with digital and AI innovations, turning opportunities into measurable business impact.

You will work with Corporate functions, plants and technical teams to identify opportunities, translate them into use cases, lead end-to-end projects, and ensure value realization through change management and governance. Fluency in English and experience across international teams are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in business or digital transformation, strategy, operations, or project management.
• Strong understanding of business and operational environments, ideally within industrial or manufacturing organizations.
• Proven ability to identify business value and translate challenges into actionable initiatives.
• Strong project and change management capabilities.
• Good understanding of data, analytics, AI and GenAI applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Experience working across functions and international teams.
• Fluent English.

Working closely with Corporate functions, industrial plants, and technical teams, you will:

• Identify and prioritize AI and digital opportunities that improve efficiency, cost, quality, safety, and performance.
• Translate business needs into clear use cases, solutions, and transformation initiatives.

Gross annual salary no less than: € 50.000

The position is eligible for an individual or collective variable incentive based on the achievement of predetermined performance objectives
