Prysmian in Palermo is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional project execution with a focus on the Middle East region. You will be the primary client contact, responsible for planning, scheduling, and delivering key documentation including RAMS, ITP, and FAT/SAT reports.

You will coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, installation and commissioning, while monitoring time, cost and quality. Fluent English and Italian required; PMP a plus; willingness to travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in industrial or technical engineering environments.
• Good knowledge of project management tools and techniques; understanding of High Voltage and Power Distribution markets is a plus.
• Strong client-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel moderately, sometimes at relatively short notice.

Your Contribution To Prysmian's Success

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Palermo, supporting project execution for clients with a specific focus on the Middle East region.

Reporting Directly To The Assigned Line Manager, You Will

• Act as the main point of contact for all project-related activities, representing the company towards the client.
• Prepare and manage project plans, schedules and key documentation, including RAMS, ITP, FAT/SAT procedures and close-out reports.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, installation, commissioning and service activities.

You Are The Right Fit If You Have/are

• Fluent in English and Italian; French knowledge is considered a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in industrial or technical engineering environments.
• Good knowledge of project management tools and techniques; understanding of High Voltage and Power Distribution markets is a plus.
• Knowledge of communication, electrical, electronic and network instruments.
• PMP certification or similar is considered a plus.
• Strong client-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving attitude and ability to manage sensitive discussions with professionalism and cultural awareness.
• Experience in negotiating with external service providers, contractors, partners and subcontractors.
• Background in managing field teams within technical engineering contexts.
• Willingness to travel moderately, sometimes at relatively short notice.
• Decision making attitude, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindset.

What We Offer

• Location: Palermo (Italy) – 8 day a month of remote working
