Wärtsilä invites applicants to join its Global Logistics Services team as an Agentic Automation Expert in a role offering multiple locations, including Trieste and Finland. You will design, develop and scale AI agent-based automation across our logistics landscape, integrating with ERP, data platforms and existing automation stacks to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with UiPath or similar platforms, strong knowledge of LLMs and prompt engineering, Python

Competenze

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Experience with UiPath or comparable automation platform.
Knowledge of Large Language Models and prompt engineering.
Python programming with REST APIs and JSON.
Understanding of databases and integration technologies.
Experience with version control systems.
Understanding of supply chain or logistics processes.
Ability to design end-to-end flows spanning multiple systems and teams.
Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.

Mansioni

Design, develop and maintain AI agents integrated with UiPath and Microsoft.
Identify processes where agent-based automation fits better than classical RPA.
Orchestrate complex automation initiatives combining AI agents, RPA, legacy systems and human-in-the-loop steps.
Extend the existing AI agent portfolio and define how agents and RPA work together.
Integrate agents with ERP, logistics and data platforms.
Define operating standards for agents including monitoring and auditability.
Represent WGLS in AI/automation communities and cross‑organizational initiatives.
Support the Citizen Developer community in adopting agentic capabilities.
