Wärtsilä Corporation is seeking an Agentic Automation Expert to design, develop and scale AI agent–based automation across Wärtsilä Global Logistics Services. You will integrate AI agents with UiPath, ERP, and data platforms to deliver end-to-end solutions in a complex supply chain.

This permanent role offers location flexibility, with Trieste preferred and Helsinki, Turku or Vaasa as alternatives; we value collaboration, problem solving and a proactive mindset as you shape the decarbonisation

Competenze

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with UiPath or similar automation platform and knowledge of how RPA and AI agents complement each other.
• Strong knowledge of Large Language Models, prompt engineering, and function/tool calling.

Mansioni

• Design, develop and maintain AI agents integrated with UiPath and Microsoft.
• Identify processes where agent-based automation fits better than classic RPA.
• Orchestrate automation initiatives combining AI agents, RPA, legacy systems and human-in-the-loop steps.
