Azelis Holding S.A. is seeking a Laboratory Specialist for its Agricultural & Environmental Solutions Laboratory in Bresso (MI), Italy.

You will assist the Laboratory Manager in developing new projects to promote Azelis products and integrate them into customer formulations in the agrochemical market. The role requires a Bachelor's in Chemistry or related field, at least 3 years in agro R&D, and good English.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant field.
• English at an intermediate level (speaking and writing).
• Minimum 3 years of R&D experience in Agro market segment.
• Strong analytical approach with high-quality standards and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and dynamic mindset.
• Excellent affinity with customers and market dynamics.
• Strong IT skills and interest in using digital tools.
• Enjoys working in a dynamic, commercially driven team.

Mansioni

• Support and develop new product concepts to enter new customer/market segments.
• Support sampling for customers, seminars, and exhibitions.
• Support the sales team by accompanying joint customer visits.
• Assist customers on production trials when needed.
• Drive innovation through the Market segment’s lateral value chain.
• Assist the digital team in creating digital content for the customer portal.
• Collaborate with sales to support project development and troubleshooting.
• Ensure tracking and reporting on innovation and pipeline development.
• Drive and support lab safety, maintenance and quality standards.
• Translate Sustainability Strategy into concrete action items and KPIs
