Azelis is seeking a Laboratory Specialist for the Agricultural & Environmental Solutions Laboratory in Bresso, Italy. You will support the Laboratory Manager in developing new projects and promoting Azelis products within the agrochemical market.

Ideal candidates have a chemistry-related degree, 3+ years in R&D for Agro, and strong analytical skills. English at an intermediate level and a collaborative, customer-focused mindset are required to succeed.

Competenze

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• English ability at an intermediate level in writing and speaking.
• Minimum 3 years of R&D experience in the Agro market segment.
• Strong analytical approach with high-quality standards and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, dynamic mindset with customer affinity and market awareness.
• Strong IT skills and interest in using digital tools; team oriented and collaborative.

Mansioni

• Assist the Laboratory Manager in developing new projects and formulations.
• Support and drive development of new concepts for Agro market segments.
• Support sampling for customers, seminars, and exhibitions.
• Assist sales with joint customer visits and production trials.
• Drive innovation and support lab safety, maintenance and quality standards.
• Translate sustainability KPIs into actionable lab tasks and reporting.
• Collaborate with digital team to create content for the customer portal.
• Work closely with sales to support project development and troubleshooting.
