JM Huber Corporation in Italy's Emilia-Romagna region seeks a Technical Support Specialist for the Export Area. The role blends agronomy expertise with technical support, field trials, and training across Europe, Asia, and Africa, with occasional travel in Italy.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Agronomy, 2–3 years in agriculture, strong analytical and communication skills, fluency in Italian and English, and a willingness to travel.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences, Plant Science, or related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in agriculture or related technical role.
• Solid knowledge of specialty agriculture production practices.
• Fluency in Italian and very good command of English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills; customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Valid driving licence (Category B).
• Willingness to travel internationally across Europe, Asia and Africa, including long-haul travel.
• Permanent contract.
• Annual fixed salary: €35,000-€40,000 (depending on experience and qualifications).

Mansioni

• Provide technical and promotional support to customers, distributors, and company branches.
• Deliver technical training to customers and sales teams through webinars and in-person sessions.
• Respond to technical inquiries via phone, email, webinars, and other channels.
• Provide on-field technical support to key customers per yearly travel plan.
• Organize, coordinate, and manage field trials and demonstration tests.
• Prepare and manage technical-promotional meetings, acting as a product specialist.
• Support launch and product-support campaigns for new products.
• Participate in trade fairs and industry events in the countries of responsibility.
