Hanwha Power Corp. in Italy (Cinisello Balsamo) seeks an organised Aftermarket Business Assistant to support the European Head Office.

You will handle spare parts quotations, logistics documentation, and site-access paperwork, coordinating with customers, suppliers and service engineers in a fast-paced multinational setting. The role offers growth within an international industrial group; Italian location, English fluency required (B2/C1), and ERP experience preferred.

Competenze

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, logistics, aftermarket support or admin roles is advantageous.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in document management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• ERP experience is a plus.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level; Korean knowledge is a plus.

Mansioni

• Prepare and manage spare parts quotations with the Aftermarket Sales Team.
• Provide timely quotation-related documentation to stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation for domestic and international shipments.
• Coordinate shipping docs with logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare documentation for customer site access including safety and compliance.
• Coordinate with customers and service engineers to ensure on-time site access docs.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal databases.
• Support the Aftermarket Team in day-to-day admin tasks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Logistics, Finance and others for efficient operations.
• Monitor quotations, shipments and docs to meet deadlines.
