Hanwha Energy Europe is seeking a Finance Specialist to join the Italy Finance team, focusing on local accounting and financial operations, ensuring timely bookkeeping and providing finance support for strategic activities including M&A.

You will interact with auditors, suppliers and external consultants, support month-end and year-end closures, and help standardize accounting processes in a lean, international environment with a hybrid work model in Italy.

Competenze

Up to approximately 5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
Experience with Italian accounting is strongly preferred.
Experience in M&A, due diligence or corporate transactions is a plus.
Fluency in Italian and good working proficiency in English.

Mansioni

Manage day-to-day local accounting activities, including general ledger postings and bookkeeping.
Support bank reconciliations and accurate recording of banking transactions.
Assist with Italian VAT procedures and electronic communications with tax authorities.
Record withholdings for employees and contractors.
Support Corporate Income Tax accounting and related activities.
Ensure documentation and records are accurate and up-to-date.
Assist month-end and year-end closing and financial reporting.
Coordinate with external stakeholders such as auditors and consultants.
Provide finance support for M&A activities and due diligence.
Collaborate with internal and external providers to resolve finance matters.
Contribute to standardizing finance processes.
