BYD Europe is seeking a Spare Parts Specialist to manage spare parts operations, ensuring order processing, stock availability and timely support to our dealer and service network in Milan.

The role requires at least 3 years in automotive spare parts, strong Excel skills, English proficiency and analytical, organizational and customer-focused mindset; you will collaborate with Aftersales, Service and China Logistics to optimise inventory and KPIs.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in spare parts or aftersales.
• Good understanding of spare parts management processes and service network operations.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, advanced formulas, data analysis, and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage spare parts orders, overseeing the entire process from order receipt through to fulfilment.
• Monitor spare parts availability and manage supply-related issues or shortages.
• Provide daily operational support to the service network and dealerships on spare parts, orders, and logistics.
• Collaborate with Aftersales, Service, and China Logistics departments to ensure high service levels.
• Prepare and update periodic reports on sales, stock levels, backorders, and KPIs.
• Analyse data and monitor performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain and update spare parts databases and related information systems.
• Support inventory planning activities and stock optimisation.
