Leonardo S.p.A. in IT - Varese - Cascina Costa is seeking a Junior Project Management Specialist to drive program execution for helicopters, ensuring cost, schedule and performance align with the contract baseline.

You will monitor activities using EVM techniques, coordinate across internal functions and external stakeholders, manage risk and budget, and provide regular reporting while contributing to the product roadmap. Hybrid work and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Engineering (Aeronautical or Mechanical preferred).
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

Mansioni

• Monitor and control the Program activities from contract signature till delivery using KPI (EBIT, P&L, CPI, SPI).
• Apply EVM techniques in line with the Program Baseline updated by amendments.
• Manage customer requirements during execution via Baseline Change control.
• Oversee testing, certification and delivery activities on helicopters.
• Ensure integration among internal functions and external stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Provide periodic reporting to upper management through Delivery meetings and PM Reviews.
• Initialize and manage the Program Risk Register.
• Support Budget process aligned with Program Baseline.
• Prepare and maintain Product Roadmap according to strategy and market needs.
