Job summary

Akkodis in Rome is seeking a Business Manager to drive sales development, manage a portfolio of strategic customers and coordinate with recruitment and HR functions. The role focuses on customer management, people development and financial oversight.

You will build strong client relationships, participate in negotiations and promote Akkodis service offerings. A strong business mindset and at least 2 years in aerospace/defence are required; English at B2 level is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Strong business aptitude and proven ability to develop and manage client relationships.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Aerospace or Defence sector.
• Fluent English, minimum B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Customer Management: assess, benchmark and establish customer contacts; develop portfolio of strategic customers; negotiate contracts; promote services; maintain ongoing relationships.
• People Management: assist in sourcing and selection; build candidate pipelines; partner with recruiters; guide HR processes.
• Financials Management: develop long-term plans and budgets; monitor revenue, margins and cash; manage profit center investments and overheads.
