Job summary

TMC, a global high-tech consultancy, is seeking a Project/System Engineer for an aeronautical project in Piemonte, Italy. You will design and manage complex hydraulic and electro-hydraulic systems and contribute to the full development cycle, interfacing with clients and suppliers.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, has over 2 years in a similar role, and understands design principles; GD&T, CAD and simulation knowledge are a plus.

About this vacancy

The resource will be responsible for the design and management of complex aeronautical systems (hydraulic, electro-hydraulic), following the entire development cycle: from requirements and architecture definition to qualification, testing, and production support, interacting with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.

What you can expect from us

The position entails a permanent contract and the basic gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €32,000, in line with the provisions of the National Collective Agreement for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution, and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, at the end of the selection process, evaluating the experiences, skills, and qualifications of the candidate, may propose a final RAL higher than the level indicated above. In accordance with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a direct participation component in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skill growth of €4,000 net annually, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, in compliance with current company policies.
