TXT e-Tech, a TXT Group company, seeks an Aeronautical System Engineer – MBSE & Digital Engineering to work on next-generation aeronautical systems.

You will apply MBSE, SysML, and MATLAB/Simulink to model, simulate, and verify systems, collaborate with suppliers, and support design reviews while ensuring compliance with aeronautical standards.

Competenze

• Experience with MBSE methodologies and SysML modelling.

TXT e-Tech, a company of the TXT Group, is looking for an Aeronautical System Engineer – MBSE & Digital Engineering to join aerospace projects focused on the development of next-generation aeronautical systems.

The selected candidate will contribute to advanced modelling, simulation and requirements engineering activities within highly innovative and multidisciplinary environments.

The role will focus on Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies, SysML modelling, CAMEO Systems Modeler workflows and MATLAB/Simulink simulation activities.

The resource will support system definition, requirements analysis, verification planning and technical coordination with suppliers and partners across the aeronautical domain.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop MBSE models (BDD, IBD, requirement diagrams, allocation diagrams) to support system definition and lifecycle management
• Support system requirements engineering activities, including definition, refinement, traceability and verification planning
• Model and simulate system behaviour using MATLAB/Simulink
• Prepare technical documentation such as system descriptions, requirement specifications, verification plans and compliance matrices
• Participate in design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) and support integration and validation activities
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners for technical alignment and interface definition
• Contribute to the adoption and evolution of digital engineering practices within the team
• Ensure compliance with aeronautical standards and military norms (MIL-STD, RTCA, NATO STANAGs)

Required technical skills:

• Experience with MBSE methodologies and SysML modelling
• Practical knowledge of CAMEO Systems Modeler or equivalent MBSE tools
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink for modelling and simulation
• Ability to read and produce structured technical documentation
• Good understanding of aeronautical systems and multidisciplinary engineering
• Good command of written and spoken English

Optional technical skills:

• Experience in the aerospace sector or other regulated industries
• Knowledge of military standards (MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, MIL-HDBK-516)
• Familiarity with requirements management tools (DOORS, Jama, Polarion)
• Knowledge of system verification & validation processes
• Understanding of interfaces, requirements flow-down and system integration

Education:

Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering or equivalent disciplines.
