Baker Hughes is seeking a Technology Marketing Specialist to translate complex technology into market-ready value propositions and messaging. You will partner with Product Management, Technology, Engineering and Commercial teams to execute launches, campaigns and enablement activities across priority portfolios.
The role emphasizes competitive intelligence, market analysis, and output quality, with a focus on differentiated positioning and go-to-market success within a global energy context.
Competenze
- 5–10+ years in product marketing, B2B marketing, or related field.
- Experience in Energy Solutions and Oil & Gas is preferred.
- Experience with technical, industrial, or B2B tech products/services.
- Global exposure or experience in matrixed organizations.
Mansioni
- Develop product messaging, value propositions and marketing assets.
- Support launches, updates and lifecycle milestones.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and benchmarking to inform positioning.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Technology, Engineering and Commercial teams.
- Create enablement materials for sales and channels.
- Ensure outputs are accurate, customer-focused and aligned with Baker Hughes governance.
