Job summary

GE Vernova in Avenza (Carrara) seeks a strategic Aero Alliance Customer Fulfilment and Experience Leader to own the customer journey from engine induction through testing, ensuring high quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency across the overhaul lifecycle.

The role bridges shop floor operations and customers, leading cross-functional teams and implementing standardized service processes to deliver a predictable, exceptional experience and build long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Economics is preferred.
Fluent English communication skills required.
Willingness to relocate to Avenza (Carrara) and work on site.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end customer experience from induction to final testing.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to optimize shop slot utilization.
Create standardized communication decks and reporting frameworks for customers.
Improve service delivery by analyzing feedback and driving continuous improvement.
Build a customer-centric culture at the Avenza facility and train staff.
Manage end-to-end customer site visit experience as the single point of contact.
