Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience in service engineering or product management is valuable.
• Strong program management skills in cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrialization of new technologies and repair qualification projects to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate engineering, sourcing, quality, and repair shops to meet requirements.
• Develop and maintain industrialization metrics, reporting and pacing activities.
• Partner with Cost-Out-Team to build robust business cases and secure financial validation.
• Improve turnaround times by identifying bottlenecks in the aeroderivative repair network.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to scout and partner with repair vendors.
