GE Vernova, Inc. seeks a Global Process Engineer to lead CapEx and capacity strategy across Aero Alliance manufacturing sites. You will analyze data, drive standardization, and introduce new processes and technologies while coaching engineers and protecting SQDC objectives.

Required are a strong background in lean tools, project management, and collabo rative leadership across cross-functional teams. The role includes global scope with relocation considerations and competitive compensation.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university/college.
• 7+ years of industrial experience in manufacturing or quality.
• Experience in SQDC, capacity planning and capex with lean exposure.

Mansioni

• Develop capacity & CapEx strategy aligned with demand and objectives.
• Standardize processes and equipment to drive cost reductions.
• Coach and lead cross-functional teams across Aero Alliance shops.
