Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an Aero Alliance Customer Fulfilment and Experience Leader at the Avenza (Carrara) site to champion the customer journey across the engine overhauling lifecycle. You will bridge shop floor operations with customers, ensuring professionalism, transparency and reliability at every touchpoint.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, standardize service processes, and drive improvements to deliver a predictable, exceptional experience, turning customers into long-term partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in service or repair processes with strong operational attention.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer experience from induction to final testing.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize slot utilization and ensure contractual alignment.
• Create standardized communication decks and data-driven update reports for customers.
• Improve service delivery by analyzing feedback and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Foster a customer-centric culture and train staff on best practices across shop functions.
