GE Vernova in Avenza (Carrara) seeks an Aero Alliance Customer Fulfilment and Experience Leader to own the end-to-end engine overhaul journey, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency. You will bridge shop floor operations and customers, lead cross-functional teams, standardize service processes, and provide data-driven updates to build long-term partnerships.

On-site relocation to Avenza is required; a background in engineering or economics is valued.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused leader to champion the end-to-end fulfilment and customer experience across the engine overhaul lifecycle.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and service process standardization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer experience from engine induction to final testing.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to optimize shop slot utilization and meet contractual deadlines.
• Create standardized, professional communications and reporting decks for customers.
• Improve service delivery by analyzing feedback and driving continuous improvement.
• Foster a customer-centric culture at the Avenza facility and train staff accordingly.
• Manage the end-to-end customer site visit experience as single point of contact.
