Baxter Healthcare in Italy is seeking an experienced Advanced Surgery sales professional to support adoption of innovative products in hemostatics, sealants, and anti-adhesion technologies across the Veneto territory.

You will build relationships with surgeons and hospital stakeholders, lead strategic account plans, participate in tender activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver clinical and operational value.

Competenze

• Scientific Degree and proven experience in Medical Products or drugs sales in the hospital environment.
• Understanding of the hospital negotiation and tender process.
• Availability to travel extensively across the assigned territory.

Mansioni

• Develop strategic account plans to drive product adoption and revenue.
• Build relationships with surgeons and hospital decision-makers.
• Support launch and implementation of surgical solutions.
• Maintain a strong presence in operating rooms and healthcare facilities.
