Job summary

Tuvia Group seeks an Administration, Finance and Control Specialist based in Milan to consolidate and report on the group’s financials. You will support subsidiary accounting, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide analysis to guide senior management decisions.

The role requires 3–5 years in AFC, a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, and strong Excel/MS Office skills; travel to subsidiaries is expected; English at B2 level or higher is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, engineering & management or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA/CFA is preferred.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in the Administration, Finance and Control areas, ideally within the services industry.
• Knowledge of Corporate finance and accounting principles is a plus.
• Experience in managing accounting and financial consolidations.
• Strong analytical skills and good problem-solving approach.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and consolidation of admin/financial statements for a portfolio of subsidiaries;
• Contribute to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies;
• Conduct financial analysis and provide highlights to support strategic decision-making.
• Led the annual budgeting process collection for a portfolio of subsidiaries;
• Prepare and review forecasts and variance analyses;
• Monitor financial performance and propose corrective actions where needed.
• Maintain a robust internal control environment;
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations;
• Conduct regular audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support the relations with external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory units.

Job description

The Administration, Finance and Control Specialist supports all processes related to the accounting, administrative, financial and control activities of the assigned subsidiaries, ensuring proper contribution to achieve compliance throughout the entire administrative process.

The role requires processing operative activities for ensuring and optimizing data consolidation and for the monitoring of the subsidiaries AFC’s activities (e.g. reconciliation procedures, support in budgets preparation, support the collection of final data and the formulation of forecasts, results and variance analysis).

Key Activities

Administration/Financial Reporting and Analysis
