Job summary

Confidential, a global technology group, is seeking a Financial Controller to support a broad range of financial activities within an international environment in Tuscany, Italy. The role reports to the Division Controller and covers P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI monitoring.

You will contribute to cost analyses, compliance with quality and safety standards, and monthly closings, while collaborating with global finance leadership and stakeholders across locations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a controlling or finance role, or in a Big 4 audit firm.
• Fluent Italian and fluent English (written and spoken).
• Good knowledge of Italian GAAP (OIC) and IFRS.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with ERP and reporting systems.
• Availability for occasional travel to company locations.

The Role

As a Financial Controller, you will report directly to the Division Controller and be an integral part of the Controlling team. You will support a broad range of financial and controlling activities across the Division, working in an international and global environment.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Economics or Management Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in a controlling or finance role, or in a Big 4 audit firm
• Good knowledge of Italian GAAP (OIC) and IFRS
• Fluent Italian and fluent English (written and spoken): you will report to and work with international colleagues and stakeholders on a daily basis
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with ERP and reporting systems
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach
• Availability for occasional travel to company locations

What We Offer

• Salary range of €38,000 – €42,000 gross per year, depending on experience
