Job summary

365 gradi Srl is seeking an International Financial Controller to oversee the financial performance of the Group's foreign subsidiaries, ensuring accurate reporting and supporting senior management in decision-making.

The role combines financial analysis, planning, and control with close collaboration with international stakeholders, including travel for international assignments. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in controlling or financial controlling, including experience with foreign subsidiaries.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, analyse variances against budget, forecast and prior-year results, and recommend corrective actions.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Coordinate budget, forecast, cash flow and strategic planning processes across foreign subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with Group objectives.
• Working Capital Management: Monitor inventory levels, slow-moving and obsolete stock, trade receivables and overdue accounts, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Financial Closing: Coordinate and review monthly, quarterly and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Group deadlines.
• Governance & Internal Controls: Prepare financial analyses for subsidiary Board meetings, monitor agreed action plans and support the implementation of Group policies and procedures.
• Transfer Pricing: Contribute to transfer pricing activities and related financial analyses.

We are looking for an International Financial Controller to oversee the financial performance of the Group's foreign subsidiaries, ensuring accurate and timely reporting and supporting the CFO, CCO and local management in business decision-making.

The role combines financial analysis, planning and control with close collaboration with international stakeholders, playing a key part in performance monitoring and Group governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, analyse variances against budget, forecast and prior-year results, and recommend corrective actions.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Coordinate budget, forecast, cash flow and strategic planning processes across foreign subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with Group objectives.

Requirements and qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in controlling or financial controlling, including experience with foreign subsidiaries
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and variance analysis
• Experience with SAP, Business Intelligence tools and advanced Excel
• Fluent English, a second foreign language is a plus
• Availability for international business travel, approximately 4–5 trips per year, with stays of around 10 days each.

The ability to engage local management, provide meaningful feedback and follow through on agreed actions will be essential to success in this role.

What the Company Offers

• Annual gross salary (RAL): €40,000–€50,000, depending on technical skills, qualifications and level of experience, in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
• Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
