Bracco Imaging S.p.A. in Lombardia, Italy, is seeking an Account Receivable Specialist to manage end-to-end AR activities, ensure accurate customer accounts, payments, and collections, and collaborate with Finance, Credit and collections partners.

The role involves reconciling transactions, reviewing customer ledgers, ensuring SOP/CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico compliance, and supporting cash collection with the credit and cash teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of two years of experience in Accounts Receivable roles.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Recommended SAP proficiency.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and record customer accounting data with Finance team; AR duties.
• Control cash collection and reconcile customer payments; process refunds as needed.
• Review customer ledger and credit reports; address discrepancies with subsidiaries.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and Group Policies; adhere to laws for AR activities.
• Collaborate with credit to review accounts and aging reports for timely collection.
• Coordinate with cash collection provider; manage documentation for collectability.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, or statements.
• Present data at monthly AR/credit meetings as focal point for the subsidiary.
