thyssenkrupp nucera Italy in Milano designs and supplies electrochemical plants for green hydrogen and chemical production. This role focuses on managing the accounts payable process for Italian suppliers, ensuring accurate recording and compliance with procedures and regulations.

You will handle invoice processing, match against purchase orders, manage withholding tax obligations, support monthly closings, and assist auditors.

Formación

• High School Diploma in accounting.
• 4-5 years of previous experience in accounts payable or supplier accounting.
• Good knowledge of VAT regulations and withholding tax requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.

Responsabilidades

thyssenkrupp nucera Italy is the Italian branch located in Milano, specialized on design and supply of electrochemical plants for the production of green hydrogen as well as chlorine and caustic soda. Aim of the position

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely recording of supplier invoices while maintaining compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations.

Main responsibilities and Contents

• Manage the accounts payable cycle for Italian suppliers of materials and services, including invoice processing and matching against purchase orders.
• Handle the administrative and accounting management of suppliers subject to withholding tax requirements.

• Annual Gross Salary range 30K-32K (already prorated to the part-time working schedule)
